Janelle Ridley is an educator, mentor, gap filler and intentional student of life-long learning. Janelle, besides being strategic, is intentional in the education she delivers.
Understanding the significance of purpose and the need for every individual to identify it within themselves, Janelle has tirelessly worked to infuse that concept in every student, young adult and individual that has crossed her path.

About us
Janelle, as a life-long learner within society, knows that each generation continues to morph and develop based on
environmental trends and patterns and therefore views the educational system as a living organism and believes every student will not always adhere to the traditional framework, methods, and learning environment created at the dawn of America.
If education is comparative to a living-organism its modality must constantly shift and change to be effective with every generation of students.
Believing in the infamous Frederick Douglass quote, “it is easier to build strong children, than to repair broken
men” however, substituting broken men for broken individuals, Janelle has learned that every student desires one thing in the classroom-to be seen.
